Jessica Berlin ist Senior Fellow im Transatlantic Defense and Security Program am Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). Sie ist politische Analystin, Gründerin der Strategieberatung CoStruct und Vorstandsmitglied der Deutsch-Ukrainischen Gesellschaft sowie des Fintech-Unternehmens Bridge Technologies. Mit über 17 Jahren Erfahrung in den Bereichen Sicherheit, Außenpolitik und wirtschaftliche Partnerschaften arbeitete sie unter anderem für den US-Senat, das US-Verteidigungsministerium und die deutsche Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Seit Russlands Invasion in die Ukraine 2022 engagiert sie sich intensiv als politische Analystin und Strategieberaterin vor Ort. 2024 wurde sie mit dem Diplomatischen Stern Litauens ausgezeichnet.

Jessica Berlin is a Senior Fellow in the Transatlantic Defence and Security Programme at the Centre for European Policy Analysis (CEPA). She is a political analyst, founder of the strategy consultancy CoStruct, and a board member of the German-Ukrainian Society and the fintech company Bridge Technologies. With over 17 years of experience in security, foreign policy and economic partnerships, she has worked for the US Senate, the US Department of Defence and German development cooperation, among others. Since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, she has been actively involved as a political analyst and strategy consultant on the ground. In 2024, she was awarded the Diplomatic Star of Lithuania.
